UPDATE: Lil Dicky muss Tour verschieben // Live

-

UPDATE: Leider muss Lil Dicky seine Tour verschieben. An einem Nachholtermin wird derzeit gearbeitet. Nachfolgend findet ihr sein Statement.

Hello Dickheads,

I’ve been trying to avoid this scenario for weeks now, but unfortunately, I come to you today with some bad news: I have to postpone the Life Lessons tour. I am so sorry. It sucks. But between working on my TV show, my album, and this tour, it seems as though I’ve just bitten off more than I can chew right now. I really want to get my album to a place where it’s pretty much done before all of season 1 of the show gets back into production. Because once that gets going, I won’t be able to get in the studio very much. I thought I could get to that place before this tour, but it turns out I couldn’t. I just want this album to be special. I’ve been working on it for over three years and we’re getting close.

I hate disappointing whoever already bought tickets – you will be fully refunded. I weighed all of the scenarios heavily before coming to this conclusion. I didn’t anticipate my work load being this much when I booked this tour.

I’m already working on the next video, and the next song/video I put out will stop the world. It will be worth the wait and then some. It’s the best piece of content I’ve ever created.

We are better off having me finish my album, putting it out, and hitting the road with new music. I love you all so much, and I’m genuinely sorry to have inconvenienced everybody who was coming out to a show. There will be more shows next year. I’ve needed 2018 to get everything ready for the big moment. Next year is that big moment. It will be our year! Album. Tour. TV Show. Please be patient with me, and I promise I will not disappoint you.

Love

13. 11 – Huxleys Neue Welt, Berlin

  1. Really great. No one told the people coming from Switzerland or other cities besides Berlin about the cancellation. Flight and hotel was great. Thanks for nothing.
